Ametrine is a rare natural gemstone which is in fact the natural occurance of both Amethyst and Citrine in the same gemstone giving a natural bi-colour gemstone. Ametrine is mined in Bolivia and this is the only place that this rare gemstone is found worldwide.

Ametrine is a natural combination of the birthstones for the month of February and the zodiac sign Aquarius and the month of November and the zodiac sign Scorpio.
